The ATM sometimes don't work properly, so what. The banking reps are great! Always so nice in person and although I have had problems contacting them via phone and have had small frustrations with them they do a wonderful job addressing everything in a proper manner and explaining everything throughly.
The ATMs at this location are seriously outdated and malfunction frequently. Also, if you don't already have Fifth Third, go with another bank; they're terrible.
