Always add a bit of coffee to cream - I lose money here near daily on way to work. Why would I want a LARGE CUP OF HALF N HALF with a few drops of coffee? I DO NOT LIKE THIS AT ALLL! OWNERS IN NEW ALBANY NEVER RETURN CALLS OR GIVE REFUNDS - THEY DO NOT PROVIDE RECEIPTS HERE AND I WILL SHARE WITH WORLD HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LOST AND THE ONLY COFFEE SHOP ON WAY TO WORK. GET RICH CANADIAN OWNERS OFF US POOR USA RESIDENTS = NICE
On 12-2-17 , I went to the location at Columbus square and the service was horrible from two people at the drive thru - the female on the headset and the guy at the window. I will never go there again !!
At night time I was amazed how fast and very friendly!!! This store is great and Luvy an Stephen are very polite!!! 100% satisfied
Worst coffee place EVER! First, they want to put the creamer and sweetener in the coffee for you NO WAY do I want someone else doing that for me. I asked For “real” cream and the guy had to go to the back and get it. The guy must’ve taken 2-3 minutes and customers were piling up. Finally, when he returned he brought 2 little single serve “light” creams - OK so that will do - but when I got out to the car I realized that I received NO receipt!! I was not even offered a receipt!! The only consolation is that Tim Horton’s Coffee does not taste like the bitter, nasty swill that Starbucks sells, and it’s affordable.
Food is pretty much the same. The staff can tend to be forgetful. Check your orders before you pull off people!
So why don’t they have the sweetener and creamer out in front so that customers can put in their own, and why arent the carafes out front so that customers can help themselves to refills? Tim Horton’s should take lessons from Panera Bread on Good customer service.
