Great tire sales
I used this location of AAA Car Care for the first time recently and bought the Triple Play deal for oil change and tire rotation bargain! I have stopped trusting oil change drive thru services, as they tend to over sell things you don't need and also screw up a simple oil change! I am a AAA Member for over 20 years. I trust the brand. This did not disappoint, as expected. Mindy was great to work with and service appt was on time and done in an hour. 1 item needs addressed and I got a referral for a welder. I will be back! Thank you :D
I originally took my car to another auto shop to have work done. The other shop stated I needed a control arm done but looking at the control arm you can clearly see that it was recently replaced but my ball joints was bad. I took the estimate and came back to the shop. I was informed that I had to pay full price because I am over the warranty by 3k miles but within the 2 years. I have canceled my AAA membership and I have been a member of 17 years. I will not bring my car back for servicing here, it should not matter if it was warranty or not when the original notes state removed and replaced and they was not.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The manager is extremely rude. The price he wanted to charge me for one tire was about 20% higher than what I bought a better tire for at a competitor. My jack came up missing after they switched my tire for the spare and damaged the board in my trunk then he denied that it happened. The district manager did nothing. He never even called me back. I thought I could trust them because they are AAA but I will never go back!
Took my husband's car in for his a/c had fast, friendly service and was not charged an arm and a leg. They didn't try to sell me on something more. So took my son's truck in and was very satisfied with the service again.
