2017-11-09 please change coffee machines. The coffee machines in this location don’t make the coffee known for Pilot Flying J locations. The people who work here are very nice and they try to meet/exceed the expectations of their customers. However without the proper tools (the coffee machines in this case) they will fail to meet that. Again please examine these machines closely as they don’t meet Pilot Standards. I how this will help Pilot to protect their business image. Thanks
What the hell are employees looking in on customers!?!?!??!! You can clearly see through the shower doors!!! It looks intentionally messed with to allow people to view you and all of your God given parts! Staff is rude too! Couldn't talk to manager.. I believe they were stalling or manager is in on it!!! PARENTS, WOMEN AND CHILDREN.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Considering this place is right in the city of Columbus, a bad mega has a terminal right around the block, and the high crime in this area - this Pilot is not that bad. It is hard to park here if you arrive at 9 pm. They don't tolerate creative parking either.

Attention Corporate : There are lot of Muslim drivers -I'm one of them . Most of us stop and fuel only in Pilot Flying J. We need a HALAL MENU in your pilot flying j deli. With my small fleet we are already spending about $20,000 on pilot flying j. So I would like to eat from pilot flying J while I'm away from home. Please add HALAL in Pilot Flying J Deli Menu. Thanks
The staff are friendly and the prices are fair, plus they have a good selection of food and gifts.
They try to keep the place clean, but with all of the trucker traffic, sometimes it is a losing battle. The biggest pain is trying to get in and out of there, but again, it is the trucker traffic.
This is one of the best location in this chain, for they don't have a paid parking though they are located in the heart of a big city. Thank you for that.
The store itself is fine. Staff is ok. 1 star though for not having security. Had 3 beggars at my door before I could set my brakes. No parking at noon. Ridiculous. Aviod this dump. If you have to park here ratchet strap your doors.
