Very, very poor customer service. Did not respond to my email but "read it and saw the pictures" that I sent. I called them back, not the other way around. Sarcastic, irritable and just plain unfriendly & unprofessional. Didn't want to set up an appointment and tried to advise me on how to fix the problem myself. I had a strong impression that they did not want my business. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If they're like this on your first phone call I can only imagine the kind of service or should I say "DISSERVICE" You'd be getting!
Contracted Bob Porter to tear down a swing set as we were moving and took with. He did a good job tearing down as agreed. It was understood we were moving and would likely utilize them to reconstruct later on once we were settled. Tried for over 3 weeks to get a hold of Bob until finally he answered and stated the job he was on was taking much longer than expected, but he would be available soon. Followed up for at least another 3 weeks with little response until I receive a call that suddenly he is available - that day, within the hour. So I scramble to get to my house to meet him and suddenly it becomes an issue that I live in Galena. This was discussed up front. Apparently Old2New does not have liability coverage in Galena. So end result is I wait for better part of 2 months to be rushed to my house and now they can't do the job. I would have never contracted to begin with had this issue been addressed up front. This is the type of job you want the same person constructing that took it apart. I am now essentially forced to handle myself, as no one else knows how it was taken apart and how to efficiently put back together. This is an unreliable vendor
Bob did a FANTASIC job on remodeling my bathroom. He gutted the entire bathroom and it looks gorgeous! I appreciate all that you did and your creativity. I will definitely have you work on ALL my future projects! I highly recommend you to everyone! Thanks Bob!
