I go here for Christmas tamales whenever I am in town. They have always been great and the people working here have been friendly but usually really busy during the holidays. I grew up in El Paso and used to spend time in Juarez when I was a kid, and this place brings it all back. If you really want an authentic experience, then this is about as close as you can get in Ohio.
Very not happy with the customer service. Rude cashiers and people who no care to have happy work. The quality of meat is not take. Good care. Very sad because this was a place I loved to go. No more , will be looking elsewhere for much better quality food and customer service . I also been going here for two years. No more. Very disappointed.
Open heroin and methamphetamine drug deals in the store. If your not of Hispanic descent you will not be treated with the same respect. I went in to buy some beer and they said they wouldn't sell to me because I needed another form or ID. I gave them my drivers license. They said they need the other card also. So I said what are you talking about a green card? So the clerk took the beer away from and told me I had to get out. Then some Hispanic men surrounded me like they were going to hurt me. To this day I have no idea what I did wrong. I just wanted to buy something and leave. Thank God Trump is president now. Maybe now we can stop illegals from hurting innocent people.
