They are terribly rude and don't actually listen to what you want to have done with your hair. I've been getting my braids done here for years and I am never going back because my experiences keep getting worse and worse. They tell you one price at the beginning of your appointment and then it's a different price by the time you finish. I'm not upset about the tightness of my hair because again I've been doing this for years but the people here are just so rude and inconsiderate that I will never suggest them to people again. Honestly don't waste your money here.
CONS: I called and was given a price of $180 for micros. They have coupons on the website. When I arrived, I advised that I had a coupon for $10 off. The owner told me that the price is actually $190 for micros and the $180 included the coupon. It should’ve been $170. I didn’t mention the coupon until I arrived so she inflated the price. The coupons are useless if they are just going to drive up the price. The women weren’t very friendly and they don’t communicate well. This place is focused on making money only and not customer service.

If you're looking for a place that will not listen to any of the descriptions you give them or pictures you show them, this is a great establishment to visit. They do whatever the f they want instead and leave you pissed off with a 50lb. lump of braids that look nothing like braids you explained/showed to them and they agreed to do. Gave this place a few chances and each time I'm more disappointed, this time enraged. I will not return and will take these out immediately. you should take your money elsewhere.
I had gone to this place for a year and my hair thinned out a lot. They do their braids way too tight that I got scabs on the binding sites of my braids to my skull. They always refuse to do my hairstyles because my hair is not able to. When I go to a different salon, the salon doeshairstyle with no problem.Now, I have only received braids from this place. I also have natural hair. Be careful of who you let do your hair. I lost a lot of hair and my front part of my hair is bald in some areas.
PROS: I was in & out within 2.5 hrs. I requested micros and it was my first time going. My braids lasted a while and looked fresh for weeks. They did a good job on my hair.
