Nationwide is dishonest and will lie to your face.
I am forced to sue them soon but decided I will share my story with random Nationwide locations
I have a claim where nationwide is secondary. They told me over the phone they will pay $40,000 after I sign release for primary carrier which I did and where primary paid what they owed. I have that conversation legally recorded but Nationwide decided to give me headache and is refusing to pay now.
Be aware of nationwide. They are a fraud for me.
