Good pizza when the order is correct and on time which almost never happens. Complete garbage staff. The order takers are terrible and the management is even worse. The last straw was when the order came over an hour late cold wrong and incomplete. After calling the store at the frustrated driver recommendation the staff and manager could not have been more useless and subhuman. Never ordered again which is sad because the chili cheese pizza is damn tasty... a real pizza shop should snatch up that pizza.
Has really good pizza at a reasonable price. Just wish they had a better selection of desserts.
Placed a delivery order at 5:56, was told it would be delivered in 45 to 60 mins and ended up calling at 7:22 due to it not being here yet. The man that answered the phone said someone put it under pick up rather then delivery and that he was sorry. He also said he would REMAKE THE ENTIRE ORDER and have it sent right out. Not twenty minutes later, delivery person is here BUT the food was NOT freshly made, it was just shoved back into the warmer for a few minutes. 30.00 for SHIITACULAR food. My dog wouldn't even eat it! NOT ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
The food is wonderful, the staff is nice, and if you pick up, it's usually only a 15 min wait. Love it!
I ordered delivery and it comes via Skip The Dishes. When it arrived there were two items missing. I called Grandmas and they did not even attempt to make it right. Said "mistakes happen" and "sorry" then gave me a number for Skip The Dishes to get my money refunded or to fix the order to be delivered yet again....with an additional delivery charge. The "manager" was rude and NEVER offered to fix it or make it right. In the end she hung up on me. The food we did get was gross. It's was soaked in grease, cold and tasted nasty. I will never order from them again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do yhe same. On a lighter note, Skip The Dishes did return my money and were apologetic for the inconvenience and the behavior of the manager at Grandmas. Go figure.
