due to the young lady working the counter having such a bad attitude, I lost my appetite and refused to order. There was a simple miscommunication while placing my order and instead of the cashier just correcting me, she responded very rudely to my mistake and rolled her eyes and when I ask for a cup for my combo she slammed it on the counter. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead

Ordered boneless went all the way home to determine they gave me bone in. Called and drove all the way back. My issue is that I was asked for the wings that we already had in our possession. Makes no sense, manager says it’s our policy. Offered me rolls or a side instead. That tells me that those wings were going to be given to someone else. The manager was rude and argumentative. The whole situation made it seem like it was my fault. We have been customers for years. Had I been able to keep the wings or given an apology for their error it could have been different. I then called and was told there was no corporate office to call. So disappointed in a place we have eaten often. The food was also being prepared with bare hands and an employee was tossing wings in a stainless bowl near the registers. I could go on, just absolutely disgusted.

I called my order ahead and still sat in the restaurant for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for my food. I didn't go back since I originally visited. Probably because I read that other people had problems ordering ahead as well. The wings were good, but there wasn't enough buffalo style choices for me.
