Theater looks great and seats are comfortable, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Explaining the ticketing and specials makes waiting in line 4-5 times longer than what it used to be. I was going to get popcorn and a drink, but the line was way too long. Yes, it's a holiday, but you'd think they'd prepare better for that. What used to be a quick, cheap, yet enjoyable experience has changed drastically.
Bring a jacket, it feels about 60 or lower in the theater.
last night i saw jigsaw in theater 1... great movie, after i realized i was unfortunately ate up by bed bugs.. id like to say ill be returning, but only if that issue is fixed. absolutely love the renovations.. i come here very often because its nice and never super packed when i come, and the prices are very reasonable for movies .. but again, ill only be returning if the problem is rectified.
On 11-26-2017 I went to see a movie. 15 min before showing I arrived and was told my movie was seating. I entered my theater to find it trashed. To include a bucket of partially empty popcorn and a empty drink in my seat. When i approached the manager he was nice enough to apologize hence my 2 star rating. But I didn't feel as if he really cared much about my issue. I never did see anyone enter the theater to look at how trashed it was..
Someone stole my sunglasses out of my cup holder so that was pretty lame. Other than that, we usually have good experiences here. It's nice cause you can order your tickets online and pick them up at a kiosk. Also the theatures tend to be very cold, so make sure you bring a blanket! The food is good as well as the price. We like the BBQ Flatbread!
Wow this place has really gone down hill!! Won't come here again. Regal has my business! Get here 20 mins early to get good seats and still end up sitting up front because they only do only reserve seating now. Staff very unprofessional!
