This has become a beautiful park to walk, ride your bike or jog along the river and confluence. The water park part is so much fun for kids to walk through and the sound of the large splash fountains is very peaceful. There is a super cute children's park on the high bank that has animal tracks embedded into the concrete, a little concrete river flowing through and lots of history and information to view. There is also a tribute to firefighters many don't realize is there. You can bring you dogs with you and enjoy the outstanding view and architecture of Columbus as well!
Nice people families just relaxing or having fun. A nice water park in the summer. Beautiful lights on the bridges at night.
A great place to start and end your River walk. Beautiful in the winter and fun in the summer.
What a great place! Milestone 229 is literally my first experience/first impression of Columbus. I was so nervous about traveling here for business (from paradise) I though it would be a boring place. But now I could see myself living here. And all I did was have brunch. I'm inspired to go explore the rest of this city now :)
The fountains are almost as stunning as the architecture. I love the way this place is designed. And the location right on the Scioto River. Amazing views. Especially during the sunset!
