Great view of the area from the top level. Easy to access. Rate not good for reentry, even while it's empty on the weekends.

The McConell Garage is owned by SP Plus and I've been a customer to them for about a year and half now because I live in the Flats apartments. The garage is dirty, not secure, and extremely expensive. I pay a monthly fee and my car got broken into and vandalized as the pictures shown. Called the Nationwide security and the company in Columbus and they said that it is not their problem. There are rats running around the staircases and gum all over the rails. The representatives that are supposed to help out are extremely rude and do not know what to do.
Convenient parking for nationwide arena. The drive in/ out is usually pretty quick. They charge $20 for event parking. The normal hourly rate is pretty high.
Easy access to the arena district area. Prices a bit high, but it is downtown after all.
