I'm so mad at this company I could scream. The girl in the office, Karen I think her name is, was rude and didn't want to help me with my complaints. They seemed minor at first, but when I found out that they didn't pull any permits, used only sub-conractors and didn't follow any city codes, it all fell apart. I have contacted my attorney. That should tell you how I feel about this terrible roofing company. Please do not use this company unless water is your friend?
The worst home-improvement experience I have ever had was a direct result of hiring this group of incompetent, dishonest, and unreliable "workers." The work started over a month later than promised, took more than 5 times longer than originally estimated, and ultimately cost 10% above the contracted price. And still the work is not completed to our satisfaction. This company should be avoided at all costs.
I found Paramount Roofing on a web search. Josh Buell did a Class A job in not just repairing the roof, but as a project manager. Always professional. Always dependable.

He put a tarp on my roof before knowing what my insurance would cover. He got insurance to cover 3x what they were willing to in the beginning. He removed all the hassle of dealing w/ insurance – never once getting frustrated or impatient w/ me. My insurance broker even made it a point to praise Josh for his professionalism. Since I know zero about construction, it was a big value to me.
