Read your contract if you rent a unit on the 20 you don't get 30 days to pay your rent on unit you have to pay on the 3 Rd of the month if not you will be locked out

It has been a great experience so far. The owners are nice and accessible. The unit is nice and the grounds are kept clean. I like the alarmed unit and hope that if it ever goes off that they will be johnny on the spot. The location is ideal for me. Hope to be here for a while.
