Great supermarket, very clean. Easy layout of the store. Has everything you need. Everytime we are here we do wait awhile to check out.
Used to shop here. Great store, good selection of food and in my neighborhood. Sopped shopping here when they declined to include curbside express. Went to another store that offers that. Now get home delivery. Would consider coming back if Curbside Express was offered but last I checked they said they couldn't be bothered. Too bad I like the store and its people.
I like Giant eagle much better than Kroger for the gas perks. I don't have one close enough to my house to justify the travel though. They lost a star because there is no store in the city of delaware.
I've been shopping at this Giant Eagle for the past three years and never a problem. Always a pleasure and good shopping options. But something was off today in that store today. It shocked me in how backed up the lines were at 1:30 pm. Only 2 full cashiers available and most self-checkouts were full with lines. I politely asked a woman (long blond hair) if there was a chance we could open up more registers. Her response was to stomp ahead of me, point to a cash register and before I could see where, she flew off. When missed where she pointed, I received a terse "Ma'am!" pointing to a register that was EMPTY, then she stomped off again. I am further shocked at how rude she was without provocation from me! I understand it was busy, but her snappy treatment and poor communication didn't help fix anything! It's a bad sign when employees take their frustrations out on the customer when the registers aren't staffed properly. Thank you for your time.
Very nice and recently updated grocery store, even has a HNB bank inside! Great produce section for sure
