Never a good sign when you have a police officer stationed at the front door. Should have turned around right then but didn’t want to disappoint our child because we were there for their friends birthday party. The kids play place was dirty and dingy and half of the games our child wanted to play were out of order. There was no staff interaction because you could tell no one cared about anything at all. Just an overall very poor experience. Please don’t reply to this with a canned response. We won’t be coming back.
The customer service was bad and the food was nasty and cold I like the east side location better
Cool place, good selection of different things for the kids to do. The pricing could be a little more flexible, perhaps allowing some people in a group to ride more than others when they buy in bulk? Different interests create different needs.
I came here specifically to play Dance Dance Revolution, the owner even responded thanking me for the good review...and then they got rid of the DDR cabinet.
This place use to be perfect but I recently feel like its being ran by kids. The food is gross ,most of the games are broken... But kids don't care about all that.... Go carts are great, bumper boats are classic, laser tag is good and mini golf is fun
