Horrible management and officials at sportsbarn. The refs don't even pay attention half the time and they def dont move around the field to make sure they're making the apropriate calls bc THEY'RE ALL TOO OLD. I use to like going there but now I won't even play pick up games there. My brand new ball gt stuck in the rafters and they said they would call when they got it down. I saw it wasn't there anymore so I kept askin for weeks if they had it and they said they didn't. It was a new premier league ball that was expensive so of course they won't give that up. I have heard of many people going to different indoor facilities because of how terrible the employees/referees are. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Customer service is by far the worst of any soccer facility in the Columbus area. Employees are rude, so are the officals. Soccer 1st in Dublin is just as bad. Karen, the manager, is worthless. She never returns phone calls. Have had to go to the GM of Sports Ohio to get anything resolved. The manager of Sports Barn won't return calls either! They are running a nice scam of not telling you there are ref fees on top of your team payment. Please do yourself a favor and go to All Stars. Better fields and employees! Don't waste your money to play there, or have your kids play there. Horrible!!!
