Ten years ago while planning our wedding, we had a terrible experience with another florist where they ask about my mother-in-law (who had just passed away) four times! We walked out and went to DeSantis where Michelle helped us. My wife put her trust in Michelle to make something for our wedding to honor her mother and it was amazing, my wife just loved it.
I have used DeSantis Florists for years and they have always done an absolutely exceptional job. There have been a couple of times that I've used other florists and would be disappointed and came right back. I have never felt cheated or deceived when it comes to the pictures on their site compared to what you actually get (I have with other local florists). Delivery has never been an issue, even when I gave them only several hours to get it done. Pleasant staff that clearly take pride in what they do. Thank you for always doing such an amazing job.
Not long after our ten year anniversary my wife passed away suddenly, I went back to DeSantis for her arrangement and immediately recognized Michelle (no one else was going to do). My wife had a tattoo on her leg with five different types of flowers (and a butterfly) to represent six loved ones she had lost...Michelle had an arrangement with those five flowers and a silk butterfly. It was phenomenal. My wife would have loved it.
In addition to their quality products and excellent skill, I find DeSantis staff to be exceptionally helpful and caring whether I seek help from them for a cause of celebration like a granddaughter's graduation or for a cause of sadness like the loss of a dear loved one. They care.
