Had a huge fire that took out their foral building. They are working in cleaning it up.
If I could give it a 0 I would.. horrible everything. Horrible timing, horrible flowers, horrible service. Really disappointed that my husband was out of state trying to send me flowers for my birthday and they showed up late and horrible especially for the amount of money we paid.
Flowers never got delivered until I called the next day inquiring. She said that she forgot about them and would deliver them next day. Flowers finally delivered two days late, after my aunt's birthday. I ordered on the 19th for a 22nd delivery and not delivered until the 24th. Mistakes happen, but florist never even offered to make it right by offering to refund some of the price to me. Sounds like an older couple trying to manage but just can't. Due to florist lack of responsibility and customer service, I would not recommend this florist and I won't be back to use them again.
Lived down the street from Hoffmans all my life, sad to see the place destroyed. Will use them whenever I can, great family!
