These people act like a bunch of thug gangsters who hold your loved one hostage. They are rude and very unfeeling and detached from a situation that they should be handling with care and concern, whether fake or genuine. They should be more professional and empathetic instead of the mantra i heard most in my dealing with them .... "ay us and then we can help you, pay us and you would know, pay us or nothing happens until then".... and if you decide to look elsewhere to bury your loved one they will say " pay us for storing him and then we will release him!!! "
Benny White toldy family that he would call us when my brothers ashes came back so we could sit down with his daughter since we paid the entire funeral bill and it wasn't cheap because CDWhites is not cheap. Kiara dud nit even want a funeral, dhe wanted yo keep the money, which she did! We wanted to buru my brothers ashes so we could place place flowrts for jis birthday and all other holidays! Noe, we dont have that option and wjen K called Benny, he literally looked me in my face and lied about what we discussed! But he didnt talk like that when we were giving him our money! I am very upset because we paid for that funeral! My family has been doing business with them long before Benny probably about 100 years! But he can pay himself on the back because he managed to lose the next generations business for good! I am very disappointed in his customer care and honoring his word to s family in grief. Learn somr honesty Benny!
