If I could I would give this funeral home a zero; the driver arrived 30 minutes late to pick up the family. The funeral home lacked empathy and compassion for our family, and were not apologetic for any of their many mistakes. The driver dropped our family off at the house after the funeral, and did not have the flowers, cards, planters or guest book from the funeral. I called immediately after the repast dinner to arrange to pick the items up, and was advised it was the drivers responsibility to ensure the items were delivered, therefore, they would have him bring the items by the next day. Three days passed with no contact from the funeral home. I placed a call to the funeral home where I underwent a barrage of questions and accusations from the owner as to why I did not get the items. The owner made me feel as though our family was in the wrong. I then had to remain on the line listening to this unprofessional man call three of his employees and question and yell at them. He then came back on the line and advised he would have to look into the matter and call me back. Not once did he apologize. Thirty minutes later he called back to advise me he found the funeral book, cards, and items, and we could come pick them up, again, not once did he apologize for their ineptitude. There is more, not all of the cards or plants were there when we went to pick up the cards/plants. We still have not received a copy of the death certificate, due to the funeral home submitting the incorrect date of birth on the certficate they sent in for, in addition they submitted the wrong date of birth on our loved ones Obituary that was placed in the Columbus Dispatch. Our memory book also has the incorrect date of birth on it as well. Mind you we advised the funeral home they had THE wrong date on the paperwork well in advance of the services. OUR WORD OF ADVICE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, IF YOU SEEK SERVICES FROM THEM, NEITHER YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE WILL REST IN PEACE.
The staff took very good care of my family. Lori and Mrs. Gary were both very understanding to my family's concerns, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you
I couldn't believe the owner showed up, wearing a white blazer( which was very dirty). I feel it was very disrespectful, being the owner, and face of this business. I would also agree that, they do a poor job with your ones. Maybe instead of spending so much on fancy glass casket driven motorcycle. They should have invested in the equipment and staff, to have our love ones looking better.

Gary Funeral home chapel of pace for there services and helping the Hawkins and Scruggs family get through these difficult times we appreciate everything y'all done for our family y'all did a awesome job we had no complaints every time we call y'all was always there.
