Called 3 times to set up an appointment for my wife for the Ultimate Spa treatment. You think someone spending 400 dollars could A. Get a call back when promised and B. Not hung up on multiple times.
Perhaps this was a good thing. If they have a staff that can not handle something as basic as simple customer service there is no way I would trust them to give my wife a full day of relaxation.
