We went for our first massage and as an early Valentine's day gift to ourselves and couldn't be happier that we chose Tranquility! From the moment you arrive, until you leave the entire experience makes you feel like royalty. Refreshments were offered to us immediately while we filled out our first time paperwork. After paperwork we were ushered to a changing area where we were provided a shower, shorts, robe, slippers, and a private locker. After changing you are escorted to a relaxing lounge with comfortable couches to wait for your masseuse.
The entire time tranquil music was quietly playing in the background of our dimly lit room. Conversation was minimal, only to ask if pressure was ample, and what area we were moving onto next.
When I first arrived there the staff greeted me with a smile and had me fill out paper work as soon as I got there. There was no wait.

I am pregnant and asked for the maternity package. I got a facial, upgraded pedicure, and an hr massage all for under $300. Thats amazing.

After my facial I had lunch while getting my pedicure. I had chicken noodle soup and salad. It was a wonderful light meal. (They have a menu you can choose from)
I love their star room too. Its beautiful!
My massage was soothing and deep enough that I had to at one point ask to ease up a bit, which is something I've never uttered during a home back-rub! It was amazing! From neck, to shoulders and lower back, and even my legs and feet! I was offered a hot towel for my neck, face, and back which only complimented to Rose's already magic hands.
I have been looking for a spa to go to that wasnt extremely expensive, that has a wonderful staff, and that has many services to choose from. Well, I'm glad to say I've found my spot! Im hoping to see them before I go into labor, but if not I'll definitely be returning afterwards!

My massage was great. I asked for light pressure and she did just that. The room was very nice and comfy. I loved their pregnancy pillow. I wanted to take it home. Haha. I wish I could remember her name. She was wonderful! She was 30 weeks pregnant, so it was nice to have someone to talk to that knows what im going through and can provide an excellent massage.
We opted for the facial rub and scalp massage for no extra fee, (just time away from other areas you may wish your masseuse could spend time on) and were given a choice of oils to choose from, each providing a different scent and holistic benefit.
I needed a last minute spa day package and tried to call them. Their phones were down so I emailed them. (Not their faults phones were down. Things happen.)
Overall a wonderful experience and can not wait to return!
After my massage I had my facial done. The lady who did my facial was amazing and has a heart of gold. Her name is Tamicka I believe. (Hopefully I remembered right) She did a wonderful job and I loved chatting with her.
Absolutely amazing service today! Coming in as an employee of a5 star resort myself, I would definitely rate this spa as wonderful!!!
I never had a facial done before, and she provided a great 1st experience. My face felt so amazing I bought some products to take home with me. (: She educated me on certain products, and explained some of the other facials they provide. I will definitely be returning to see her.
The owner Robin did my pedicure. She was very nice and made my feet feel amazing! Being pregnant my feet were hurting so bad and she made them look and feel amazing.
Before we even made it to the car we were planning our next visit!
