What a joke! The people in this office are extremely rude and disrespectful they act as if no one pays their bills believe it or not some people in the world do but mistakes happen after I ask for a supervisor multiple times I was transferred to another employee whose in tried to lie and say she had no clue who the person was I talked to but after asking another four times to speak to a supervisor again this woman try to convince me otherwise and told me the supervisor had just come back from a month-and-a-half after surgery acting as if they didn't want to bother her then after setting on hold for almost 10 minutes I was given a voicemail. No one in this office seems to have the same information none of them are very helpful. The United States is so far in debt and no one has an explanation but yet our system is not set up to help people prosper it is the opposite

( The 3 Detectives lied ) I had extortion performed on me by Stadium GM Salem Ohio , with the help of Attorney Lawrence W Stacey2 , Attorneys Arson, Finman,Davis,Leudevich, I have been to The Ohio Supreme Court, The Ohio Bar Association, Us Department of Justice, Columbiana County Bar Association? I have been accused of rape -n- murder by Public Officials ? Rape : Barmaid Of Pondis Courtney Shivers & Murder : Mindy Todd ? Then I'm told that locall waitress of Pondis Leeanne Best Superak Stearns(The Sweetheart Sisters) is the Best at setting people up for Lawsuits ? Attorney Lawrence W Stacey2 even set Power Pontiac Calcutta Ohio up with the help of Lisa Reaggle, Bob & Susan Thomas " Bob's exwife" Columbiana County Deputy Brandon Brown, I get penalized for it ? There is more unsolved murders in Columbiana County than in the State of Ohio ! What do the scales of equal justice stand for ? Corruption by public officials needs to stop !

The AG's Office of "Consumer Protection" LOL essentially operates as a protection racket to protect all perpetrators of scams and frauds against residents of Ohio. For literally DECADES, I have handed that office cases on a silver platter, most recently involving an absolutely wacko, off the charts DECEPTIVE, advertisement of HomeServe USA which advertisement has omissions of material fact, misrepresentations, a fraudulent depiction of waterline service failure and on and on and on. The Office's response, even after giving them tapes of calls and a MOUNTAIN of documentary evidence: "not interested, let the scams flourish and grow". No wonder scams and frauds are as commonplace as the air you breathe. YOUR tax dollars are literally funding an Agency that PROTECTS the perpetrators of ALL of these scams and frauds. What other possible explanation is there for what we are seeing?
I called about a tax offset that we had received from a descrepency from 2014. The lady I talked to was absolutely unbareable to talk to. She was very VERY ride and unprofessional and was absolutely no help at all. From the second she answered the phone, she was very unpleasant. I wish I could give less than one star. I called in March and just today. Both women were rude and very unhelpful. You can just hear the attitude in their voice. It's like when I asked a question it was a total inconvenience.
