The only downsides of this place are the age of the apartments-they're old, you don't notice that much, but it's hard to close the doors and stuff like that. The dumpsters are really far away and the kitchen counters are really small, but other than that I really like the place. Michelle and the maintenance guys are all awesome, it's pretty roomy in the living room, there's room for a table in the kitchen, the closests are big, and it's a ten minute walk from the bus stop to get me to OSU. Totally underrated, I think.
I lived in a single bedroom while still taking classes at OSU. For as close as it is to Campus, the prices are affordable. The staff here have always been very friendly and approachable. Maintenance is quick to respond and get the job done well if any problems do come up. Neighbors we're all polite and never had any issues with anyone. The pool was well maintained. There's plenty of parking space both for residents and guests. And the apartment itself was always clean.
I totally second all positive things said in other reviews. This is an affordable, safe place with great one bedroom apartments. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. We loved the previous maintenance staff; we've gotten new staff recently but have not interacted with them much. I have never had any issues with our neighbors, and there is plenty of parking on site. I would definitely live here again after moving away for additional schooling.
