The absolute must be in town. I truly absolutely admire everything about this part and what it has to offer its very very clean for the most part it's safe and overall in the summer and during the winter and depending on when you're there you can catch the most amazing photography
Nice green space in the short north area. Many people bring their pets and let them off leash. Fountain and pond is constantly being repaired. Local rec leagues play various sports here. Tennis courts, play ground equipment are my favorite parts. Free Parking is lacking but plenty of metered spots. Avoid during local festivals
This park is a beautiful, large open space. I often see events being hosted around various parts of it, and many people walk their dogs here. Great place to play Pokémon Go, as well!
Lots of homeless.enjoy this park leaving plenty of.garbage and associated beer bottles and cans. Regularly find syringes and used condoms on our evening walks. Would not recommend this park after dark
Goodale Park is always gorgeous and a wonderful place to spend a day. I've seen groups painting, lots of dogs running around, and because it's so close to the Short North, you can make staying in Columbus an all day event. Lovely food options are around, art galleries, fun shops like Flower Child and Rocket Fizz, lovely dessert options, and so on. I highly recommend this park, I believe there is free parking within the park (only if you're at the park,) and there are tons of meters around the block.
