I had to replace some fish and they were very helpful . I buy most of my pet supplies here and there has never been any problems and they are always very full of good advice!
What happens when you buy hamster food and litter from Pet Supplies Plus on Morse Rd? You get bugs (a ton of bugs) in the food and risk getting an house (or in our case a wall) full of them. I think/hope was able to kill all of them and we put the food outside, however, I am taking nearly everything back today and probably going to blow a gasket. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING HERE AGAIN AND DON'T SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DO IT EITHER, and if we end up with a bug problem they will be paying for treatments
Only gets a 4 because I don't own a pet. An when i was in there no one was able to sell me one. They didn't even try. I guess not having a pushy salesmen at the pet store is probably a good thing.lol

I have driven by the store many times and assumed it was some discount pet store since it was next to a Dollar Tree. Finally decided to go in one day and was pleasantly surprised that it was a legit pet supplies store! I used to get dog food from PetCo but now I buy it here because it’s always on sale $10 cheaper than PetCo! Great selection of product at discounted prices (especially if you sign up for their free loyalty card). Staff is very friendly too!
