Good pharmacy. Nice people. Really busy, so your experience is likely to vary greatly by what time of day you are there... ;)
A bit unfriendly and annoyed by your presence sometimes. But it is a pharmacy so I suppose they aren't the best customer service reps.
Giant Eagle Pharmacy [at Kingsdale] has been my pharmacy for the past several years.
Recently, my doctor had instructed me to purchase two "over-the-counter" items; a Giant Eagle Pharmacy staff member had walked with me to the correct area of the shelves [in the customer area] and had helped me to find the correct product.

My one disappointment with Giant Eagle Pharmacy [at Kingsdale] is that, typically, I must return later to pick up my prescription rather than being able to pick up that prescription during the same visit.
Good service but long and slow drive thru wait times. Go inside! Its quicker.
The staff is always helpful and efficient and is always happy to answer any questions that I may have [including those questions that have arisen after I have brought my purchase home].
