A lot of good ppl exist there, but there are gatekeepers in leadership who control the amount of minorities who are hired. Picking excuses to exclude females and minorities while finding reasons to keep there white male relatives and buddies despite arrest records and documented proof of there bad judgements via drug use, fights,ect. Don't believe me look into retired Detective Jeff Roose. Current Chief is not a real cop and is quite liberal, but is trying to change this which is good.
I agree with Mr. Cable in every word. I was excluded and toyed with over very fixable non factors, nothing character related. The interviewers seemed surprised that I never had any negative interactions with law enforcement. Two oral broads and two polygraphs in one testing and background phase. And all you hear about is officers becoming offenders of all kind. Something has to change even if not for me but something has change for the betterment of the public.
No good will come to this pd. God don't like ugly although he chose the wrong ones. This dp cannot honor the code of conduct nor oath. Seen way too many live streams of people being falsely accused of doing wrong. Today was the last straw. May every wrong doing of those misrepresent this dept souls burn internal hell from now to death and afterwards. From wrongfully prosecuting, killing innocent people, too harassment.
