This is a very nice mobile home park. I would live here.
Nice park - clean, affordable and well managed
This whole rating system is a freaking lie. I lived with an old friend here and management CONSTANTLY raised issue with us and other tenants. We did nothing wrong, got rent paid on time until THEY simply stopped cashing the rent check. They then took us to court and evicted us for "failure to pay" when it was THEIR DAMNED FAULT! They changed up park rules just to catch violations THEY CREATED! In short, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS HELLHOLE!
