Don't move there
Poorly maintained by the appearance just driving by you see the homes in street view have blankets in the windows instead of blinds, the homes have never had their metal siding painted and are rusted, the skirting isnt properly secured and is falling apart or blown away from the home, and the homes are not powerwashed annualy so the allgey has grown up the homes and never been cleaned. There is trash all over the property. It is located directly behind a neighborhood convenient store and food truck so people loiter, solicit, and panhandle daily. This place defines the term "trailer park" it dosn't seem to be a manufactured home community like they advertise.

VERY FAMILY LIKE ENVIRONMENT. Neighbors have each other's backs. MANAGEMENT SUCKS ASS .I wish it wasn't so close to fifth and Cassidy If you wanna live here order your mailbox key 2 weeks in advance. I have had my packages stolen and management won't do anything about it. Ppl great mostly Mexican A lot of stray cats and LITTLE stray dogs as well Almost everyone has a dog so you will hear barking in the night. Be prepared for a loud music bumping session each weekend tho. I really hope this helps I just wanted to share my living experience with y'all
Parked a trailer beside me to be hauled out & the Mexican's would take there hooker's in it & my kid's & I were woke up many nights to it,
