We have been going to PetCo for a few months now. The staff is very kind and very responsive to any issues encountered during the grooming. Our dog ended up having difficulties while she was being groomed and they quickly took her to a medical center, got everything sorted out, and the manager waited with us until our dog was released from the center.
Just called the store to ask if they honor the price on the web site for betta ... was told we don't do that..its on your website at this price and you don't match it in store...i would shop somewhere else
Staff member refused to flip my dogs nails at 6:30p (they close at 9p) because “he wanted to leave early”

I would recommend this location to anyone that needs grooming on a regular basis as they are truly the best option we have found anywhere near here. Truly above and beyond service!
