Companies like Express Cab are why customers prefer Lyft/Uber. I would not recommend that you take a ride with these guys.

I had a great experience! My husband and I needed a ride to the airport early in the morning and I called 30 minutes before we were ready for a ride and our driver showed up in about 15 minutes from when I called. Excellent service! Thank You!
One star is too generous for the scheming shysters running this company! I was far from Columbus and needed a ride back home. Not only did the ride arrive an hour late but the driver demanded I pay the exorbitant fare upfront. What's more, the driver charged exta because I had told them the "incorrect destination."
I booked the service for a early morning flight. I was called 20 minutes before to confirm the hotel location and the driver was there before the scheduled time to pick me up. Very professional and courteous.
