Always on Time

First time using them , today a guy pulls up with crumbs and dirt on his seat I asked to sit in the front he told me no I don't need you to ride in my cab I'll never call this ghetto place again . Not to mention he was waiting for me at the wrong door. Driving is driving it's very simplistic it is not mathematics customer service should be the focus
