The clinic is excellent but the grooming service lacks in comunication. I went in for my appointment for grooming that I scheduled for my dog two weeks in advance I had gone there multiple times and it's usually been a hour till pick up . It would be appreciated if there was better communication specifying how long the wait would be I live about 30 min from the location I could have saved myself gas and time Britney did not seemed like she cared about my time or the inconvenience she had caused .
Awful Communication and customer service ! I had 2 appointments scheduled a day apart one the 25th and the other 26th. I arrived 9/25 for my first appointment and was told I didn't have any appointments until the 27th. When I explained to the receptionist that they had messed up and didn't even have my other appointment scheduled in, the receptionist told me "We can't get her in today we are booked ! If you want you can go sit down and wait until I finish with all the rest of these people and I can deal with you!)even though I had already waiting 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. I personally feel like she could have handled the situation in a different manner... maybe being polite for starters ? I was not in anyway being rude to this lady but for some reason she felt it was okay to do to me.
Very reasonable price. They were great with my 3 dogs. Got us in and out pretty quick
Great place and great people. I called to get a rescue cat neutered and they got me in the next day. They were super polite. They called me when he got out of surgery to let me know he was doing well and called to check on him the next day. I would highly recommend. (Our rescue relaxing after his surgery.)
Took my first dog here as a kid, been taking my own pets for 4 years now. Great experience every time. Extremely affordable, GOOD care!!! Love them
