The veterinarians are knowledgeable, super helpful, & willing to take the extra time to help you really understand what's going on with your cat's health, offer an array of treatment options, & help you know the best strategies to ensure a healthy lifestyle & lifetime for your kitty - & when the time comes for making the tough decisions, they're unbelievably compassionate & comforting. The office staff & technicians are all equally wonderful, helpful, & caring, getting to know you & your cats as individuals. We have taken our cats to the ladies at Cats Only for twelve years now, & would never go anywhere else.
I have worked as a vet tech at several clinics over the years. This is the ONLY clinic where I've found the entire staff are cat lovers. It is my experience that most vets/staff prefer dogs. The special attention and love for feline patients is obvious. This was the first vet visit where my cat wasn't panting with stress. I usually choose my vet closest to home because I dread the meowing. I drive farther and will continue to be a client here. Both visits were great. It had been over a year that Dr. Saffire saw my other cat (only once) and she remembered her and offered suggestions without making me haul her in for another visit. When you love your career, it shows-it truly shows for all the staff in this clinic. >^..^
We recently came in for our first appointment, and the staff was wonderful. They were very kind with my cat and obviously invested in her well-being. They were running behind when we came in due to a power outage and gave us free movie tickets for having to wait (which we weren't upset about, sometimes unplanned things come up). They helped me feel less anxious on my cat's behalf through being so attentive. I will continue to go there for my cat's care.
The cats only Veterinary is wonderful. They have a awesome team of professionals that worked with my cat Oscar to help him gain weight.
