Well, Thanksgiving was great aside from my 95year old grandmother waiting a total of 5 hours for a ride that was scheduled 3 days ahead of time. Who is responsible for scheduling? Who’s steering the ship over there? Completely incompetent.
My driver was great. Dispatch is run really poorly.

Kind of ridiculous to make an appointment 3 days ahead of time to transport your grandmother to your parents for thanksgiving, to have a company be more than an hour late pretty much guaranteeing she will miss time with her great grandchildren. Thanks for not calling ahead of time to inform me you would be "a little late" and had a mix up
