Went recently and the wash selector had no receipt paper. For the 4th time in a row. Besides it not being legal to not give receipts, this now seems to be standard practice. Makes it hard to get reimbursed if you’re there to wash a company vehicle. I’ve mentioned this to a guy that seems to be a manager who, every time, acts surprised to hear that it’s out and implies that he’ll get it filled.
Gone down hill
So while ringing myself up, I saw that the car that almost hit me on the way in was an employee who had gone to Raising Cane’s to get lunch for everyone.

I loved the convenience of this - it was close to work and I got in and out fast! The free vacuums and nearby trashcans are absolutely worth it! I'll go again!
So I emailed management and never received a response. So I’m left thinking that the negative aspects that seem to be piling up over time have become status quo. It’s unfortunate because I used to send people to GooGoo but there’s plenty of other good car washes out there. I just suggest that you try another one at this point.
The entrance and exit can be challenging to navigate, especially in medium to heavy traffic. The prices are reasonable, service is good, and you get a cute air freshener. The wash features continuous vacuuming and mat cleaning after the auto wash process.
A little pricey but it's my favorite car wash. The floor mat cleaner is cool and they have the best vacuums I've seen at a car wash. Love that they are free too.
No one used the brushes on my bumpers like they used to. When I asked, they said it was too cold (was about 45 that day and I’ve been there when it’s colder and they do it). That didn’t make the price lower. I also have to wonder if it was because lunch just arrived. Not sure why you’d need multiple employees there to hand out air fresheners and push a button, otherwise.
