Here is the silver lining - it is only almost 17 dollars + 5 dollar tip, just 22 bucks... not bad. It is also still one of the best places I've been to in Columbus... this is why they still get my 3 stars.
This rating is relative. I am from Los Angeles where there are full service, hand-wash locations worked by Mexicans for under $20, just about every other corner.
I know most people in the Midwest don't know what a good carwash is. You may never have had one because there aren't really any around. This is why places like this along with Moo Moo, Goo Goo and Crew all have raving reviews but they're subpar at best.

I drove 30 minutes to get there based on Google reviews. I checked their work when I got home and there was blue water spots all around my car. I drive a White Corvette and it looked like my car was eating a blue popsicle and dripped all over itself. I'm embarrassed I drove home like that. You could tell the drying process was just way too fast with no attention to detail. Also, since they do it within the housing of the automated portion of the carwash, it is too dark for them to notice things like that.
Again, if you're in the area and drive an average car, this place is probably the best you'll find around. I hope this helps.
Fast, friendly, and option for towel drying at the end is what I liked.
