Went there today, the wash took over hour to complete. Unfortunately on busy days, once you are in line you are stuck there. Went inside to pay and looked through the windows into the car wash and noticed that the brushes weren’t working except on half of it. The workers are just hand washing cars and then driving them through. They did a sloppy job and my car was still salty. Kind of wondering how the city of Grandview hasn’t shut this place down. The building is full of mold inside and the exterior is in shambles. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
They do a decent job but with absolutely no sense of urgency. I sat in my car for an hour waiting to be attended to. I would’ve just left but once you’re in line you really can’t leave. Dude was eating pizza and driving cars around with Pizza in his mouth. Very unprofessional.
I think the location is why they are always packed, not the quality.
SCAM!!! This place has significantly deteriorated over the years. None of the equipment works and they just spray water on your car..no soap..no wax..none of the things you are supposed to be paying for!!! When you complain they are extremely aggressive and rude!! They offer to run your car through again..but what is the point in that!! This place should be SHUT DOWN!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
The cleaning quality wasn't that good either. I ordered "Wheel Gloss" but I'm pretty sure they forgot to do it. They also charged me for "Air Freshener", which I didn't smell at all.
List of prices is not available online anywhere and the staff are not interested to spend time explaining the options for you. They just come to your car and keep talking about their most expensive option to get you confused and make you choose that one.
By far one of the worst experiences of my life, requested a full car detail inside and out went to get vehicle 6 hours later after I had to call them to see if finished because I got no call from them. Got there and my car was parked and I thought hmm that does not look right, they cleaned the seats and that was about it, nothing touched on the dash no windows wiped no outside cleaning absolutely nothing. Got blamed on we are busy, ok and as a consumer that is my fault, no I think not this was a first car and to make it worse we come back out to car after owner says bring it back will do 50% detail to find out one of them fabulous workers busted a tail light and only shampooed the seats how does that happen... wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE, shop inside is so outdated and just not a professional atmosphere at all. No liability on their end at all. I can’t even give them a star, but it makes me give them 1 smh......
