Employees are so friendly and amazing. It's hard to find good customer service now a days but they were awesome!!!
I'm sorry, but if you don't know how to provide some basic interaction with your customers (along with the understanding that you are in business because of your customers) then maybe you shouldn't be working in retail.
Appalling experience. I walked in, (out of two employees that were basically doing NOTHING with no customers on the Men's side of the store) NOBODY acknowledged my presence; No "Hello" no "Can I help you?" After 10 minutes of being totally ignored, one girl was standing at the front as I walked out of store, and said.... NOTHING. I didn't even get a "Thank you", "Good bye", "Have a nice day".
We found a suit but left the store ASAP and bought it online because she was so uncomfortable to interact with.
No real problem with the store itself, but the customer service was super creepy. I went with my dad to pick out a suit for him for my wedding, and the lady helping us had no concept of appropriate personal space. She made very inappropriate comments about him, touched him in weird places (even for helping someone pick out clothing), bent over purposely to show cleavage, and was straight up hitting on him in front of me. He's married, he's my dad, it's fine. She even made weird comments about thinking that he was my fiancé, not my dad. She was really persistent about asking questions about the details of my wedding, and when I gave her vague answers, would press in further past the point that would be socially appropriate and wanted more and more personal info. It was uncomfortable.
