Shop shop shop. I love the rack. The down town Chi town locale had a more diverse selection. However this store still delivers Champaign tastes on a high life budget
Very clean higher end shopping experience for a discount store. Normally there are good options for what you want not just the leftovers no one wants. I always find shoes i like there for sometimes a really good price! Practically always a long line on the weekends with all registers going.
Great selection in clothes and shoes but it would be nice if employees were not so rude and followed me around the whole time. I was planning to buy a suit there but decided otherwise because employees were racially profiling me. It's 2017. Time to grow up. I won't be shopping here anymore.
I worked here for a year. All of the managers are extreamly racist and bigoted. The managers tell racial slurs at the retail workers the entire environment is disgusting. I've let everyone I know how disgusting this store is. Worst experience I've ever had in my life.
Disappointed with the cashiers ringing customers out. They looked like they did not want to be there at all and i had some returns to process, and the girl returning my items actually made me feel my returns was the biggest inconvenience in the whole world and kept making sly but rude side comments the whole time regarding how "this is crazy" and "oh my god". I understand they were busy but its my right as a customer to be able to return items from online that is the return policy and i did have everything organized. I returned maybe 11 items also. I drove two hours all the way to columbus because i love the legacy and crocker park nordstrom rack, but i will never visit this one again. That being said, there was a manager or assistant manager with a pixie cut and she was so sweet and when i got in the line again for my purchase my other cashier was so sweet, which is why i gave 2 stars. Two were deducted because i got rude treatment from 2 employees, i added 2 because 2 employees stood out to me and were really nice, and i deducted one more because i honestly didnt think the selection at columbus beat the legacy or crocker park selection in any way.
