I would give negative stars if I could. Had an 8 am move scheduled, when they didn't show up till 8:30 I called. They never bothered to call me first or return any call. After finally losing my patience at 9:30 because they wouldn't give me the driver's number, have him call me or even give me an honest response as to where the truck was, when I insisted that they give me either a guaranteed time or a reduced rate since I didn't want to pay for the hours they weren't working, the manager yelled at me that he was doing the best he could since they were over booked, they them cancelled on me without bothering to call and inform me. Because they "didn't want any trouble". Don't make the mistake I did. Check reviews everywhere. Google reviews might be a hoax or a few good jobs. Yahoo and other sites have lots of negative reviews for these guys. I am stuck with a little baby and a packed house and they couldn't be less bothered. Fortunately I found a good company to move me tomorrow for the same hourly rate but a lower estimate since they expect to not take as long as these guys.
I called these guys at the last minute, literally needing to move right there and then after All My Sons let me down. They were there when they said they'd be and were courteous and respectful. I read on Yahoo! a lot of really bad reviews but for me they were great. I had stairs in my move and they took moving on them with no complaints. Price-wise they're about the middle of the pack. I have to move furniture out of a storage unit and into my new place and I plan to use them again.
They were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made a tough move VERY easy and I will use them every time I need to move or someone needs a recco.
The movers were on time the morning of the move, they were polite and the driver did a great job backing the truck into the small parking lot. They were careful with all my furniture and never complained about anything they needed to do. I highly recommend this moving company.
