I'm not sure if the "fewer but bigger trips" is Leaders policy, but it resulted in quite a bit of broken and damaged items. I'd probably use them again but, I definitely would direct them to be less slapdash in their haste to complete the job.
Between carrying 4 boxes at once, carrying multiple 90+ pound storage bins together, then dropping those containers the last foot to the floor we had fully half of our large storage containers damaged/completely broken this resulted in a hundred ish dollars in broken items when all was said and done.
Mr. Bryant and Mr. Favours are the two that moved me and if I could rate them 10 stars I would!! They were very professional and they were careful with my belongings!! The only complaint that I would have was when I called I spoke specifically about moving my safe and was told no problem. When the guys showed up the safe and several other items were not on the invoice. The guys called the office and was told not to move it and I had to hire someone else to move it. I am going to take responsibility for the other items not moved as life has been hectic and I was unable to look at the invoice emailed to me prior to the move. However, I was disappointed that I had a specific conversation about the safe with a no problem. Again, the guys they sent to move me were AWESOME!!!
Leaders has been professional, courteous and patient throughout their entire engagement with us. Our daughter used Leaders for their move and highly recommended we also use them. We were not disappointed. The quote was reasonable but adjusted by the crew when they realized we had less to move than we previously thought. The crew that moved us showed great communication and care in moving our possessions.
Staff was extremely professional. The guys worked really hard and never complained. Job was flawless.
Update: Leaders contacted me and requested me fill out a damaged item claim form with pictures for every single item damaged. I find such a request insulting by placing the burden fully on the customer to prove the damage done to the items. Instead of sending someone to verify the damage they want me to do it. Most of the damaged items have been thrown away, because I was moving, and didn't have time to document everything their employees damaged. My claim isn't for thousands of dollars, it's for 9 hefty storage bins that were crushed when their employees dropped them, and for a few books that were torn in half when they dropped 160+lbs of storage bins on top of a partially filled bin with said books in it... Ah well...
We had a great deal to move, it took two trips with the truck they brought. They moved everything that we asked, including a large fridge, washer and dryer, and two couches. The crew were very courteous but were a bit careless in their execution.

They all had great positive attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. After using other moving companies in the past which were not so great, we will definitely be using Leaders for our future moves. Thank you for the great experience!
Marvin #365, Kevin #1587 and Ernest #1578 were really great to work with. All were very professional - but still made the awful task of moving fun. Kudos to this staff. The best I’ve ever worked with.
