Knowledgeable staff that take the time to make sure you have the size truck and storage unit needed based on home size. You can purchase boxes and sell the unused boxes back to them. Personally I appreciated the optional $5.00 a month extended hours that I need to access my unit. #greatplace
I was at U-Haul just to rent truck. Are you guys there online rental site. When I got to the store it was quick easy exactly as I would have expected. Prices were darn good and the vehicle is in great shape overall, a great success!

The others are correct that it is busy, but the only slow movement I saw was the trailer guy meticulously hooking up trailers. Most places don't hook them up for you anymore, this one does, and they are very comprehensive and safe.
As storage places go this place is very well run, clean and neat. Prices are a bit steep but then again I guess it pays to own the starage facility not the stuff in the storage units, LOL!! At least the prices here are competative and it is a great location with easy, safe access.
