Don't like them there service stinks always have to wait 25 to 45 minutes for service just to make a storage payment. And storage payment is tooooo high keeps going up each year and they told me when I first got the storage, my payment would always be the one price I started with but they lied!
I returned 3 trucks two at the fuel levels and the other above. They marked the one right, the marked the second one at the fuel level below but marked the one with more fuel at the fuel level in my contract. Based on reviews took photos of the mileage and fuel levels. They are wanting me to pay $43.13 for the fuel and $30.00 for service fee. They are willing to waive $30.00. Turned it into customer service along with the photo showing the mileage and fuel level. Now just wait and see.
Long wait since they are so under staffed. Not the friendliest staff that is there.
Every time you try to call in to pay a bill you have to wait on hold for 25 minutes or nobody answers the phone. Definitely needs better management
