Reliable if not necessarily personal. I can find a car wash on the Eastside with hand drying for the same price though.
Got the middle option ($13) and a great wash. Ended up buying the monthly pass (RFID tag on your windshield for unlimited washes) for $30. Figure we'll use it through the winter to keep the salt off the car. Only complaint is that one of their spot-free rinses or waxes leaves tiny dots all over the windshield if you don't wipe it off right after going through. Also, avoid going at peak times to this location. The line spills out onto 5th and makes a heck of a mess.

Went around 5p on 11/24. Wash was fine, but dryer didn’t seem to dry as well as other locations. My entire car was still wet, including windshield. That was no big deal. What was disappointing, is the fact only a couple vacuums were on/working. When I got my hands on one that was on, it had no suction. I ended up giving up and leaving. The sole reason I went there was to vacuum out my vehicle, but of course got a wash to support the business. Won’t be going back.
Service is okay but the car wash is not effective at all. I chose the low fat option which has many ticks and services included. However, after the wash the car wheel still looks dirty and there are still many uncleaned spots on the surface. Guess this is problem with all auto car wash
