As I was finishing my wash, the fitting connecting the hose to the ceiling leaked green wheel cleaner all over the freshly washed roof of my car. I added more money just to clean it up. I called the number on the sign and left a message. I will be happy to edit this review, if someone ever returns my call. Update 12/23: someone returned my call within a couple days and offered me a free automatic wash. Thank you for addressing the issue.
