The only negative thing I have to say is that they are difficult to get a hold of sometimes.
Wow I agree with most of the previous posts. I have been taking my child there for about 2 years and I absolutely love Adrienne and Dr. Sant but the front office staff is quite rude. The annual fee doesn't bother me but I still have of yet to experience the benefit of it. I do remember an older lady working up front last year and she was so friendly and easy to deal with. But in the past few months my experiences with the front office staff have been horrific. When you can they act like you are bothering them and they quickly grow impatient with your questions. When you arrive and check in for an appointment they are even worse. I guess they think the counter will protect them from you jumping over it and slapping them. I believe come 2018 I will consider finding another pediatrician. It just sucks that Dr Sant and Adrienne are great but the quality of office staff will make them lose business and patients. Oh well! I hope they at least read these reviews and understand their office staff (c*nts) sucks. Mind you I did complain to a nurse about my horrible experiences and all I got was soft apology and it happened again
I have been taking my daughter here since birth and she is almost 2. We love Nurse Adrienne (NP) who our daughter usually sees but the lady that runs the front does not have good business ethic and the practice is not run properly. Recently they told my wife we owed them $200 for two visits where the claims were rejected by insurance company. The lady running the front said it was because "we had not met our deductible". My wife paid the $200 before I could call my insurance company to verify. The insurance company said that the claims were not filed with 90 days so they would not be processed. The lady told the insurance company that we signed a waiver to cover anything the insurance company would not cover. I did not know this included negligence on the part of the billing side of the office. While the care our daughter received was great, the practice is ran backwards.
We recommend it to our friends in the area.
I'm giving 1 star solely because of the front office part of the practice. We currently go there, for now, but man the people at the front office definitely need to be replaced. They always comment on how high my copay is and every time I call to ask a simple question they tell me to use the portal. The NP that my son see is great which is why we haven't left there yet but I just can't get over how one side of the practice is amazing and the other side is total crap.
I really like WholeKids. We take our kids here and the doctors are wonderful. Critically, they do not immediately jump to antibiotics like other pediatricians that we have used in the past, which we appreciate. They also have been a resource to us about keeping our kids healthy with suggestions on making healthy habits and choices.
We love Whole Kids and our experiences there. The nurses have always been great and our experiences with Adrienne are always pleasant. I love the time they spend with us.
